Hei-Yu Tang: Dishes are delicately made with fresh ingredients. Loved the generous filled Bouillabaisse and the perfectly cooked Norway Lobster. The place may appear a bit posh but the service is attentive.
Hei-Yu Tang: First thing to do when arriving in Bruges. They serve decent Flemish fries here - not oily but dry and crunchy. Get it with local Beef Stew sauce or Belgium mayonnaise. (And pair with Hoegaarden beer)
Hei-Yu Tang: Freshly made with a light and crunchy texture. These are the real Brussel waffles (thin / crunchy) and not the Liege waffles (thick / soft). Dislike the €2 charge if you want to share one.
Hei-Yu Tang: Hundreds of beers to choose from the menu, which had more pages than the bible. Must try is the flemish beef stew with Guldendraak beer. Be sure to make a reservation for dinner.
Hei-Yu Tang: Pastry shop which specialises in meringues and brioche. The meringues melts in your mouth without being too sweet. While the brioche is soft and fluffy. Great to get a tea break with some sweets.
