If you've never been to Lee County/SW FL, then Sanibel Island is a must see. Beautiful beaches and local eateries.
Scenic route, take McGregor Blvd which will turn into San Carlos Blvd (County Highway 865). Cross Bridge and will turn left onto Estero Blvd
State Park, absolutely gorgeous, bring picnic basket & eat on the beach :)
