They have delightful organic/fresh noodle soups and salads every weekend, only for lunch. Not strictly veg but they always have wonderful veg-only options as well.
They actually have a surprisingly good vegetarian special of the day (dagens vegetarisk). Pictured is roasted beet with chèvre and sautéed greens.
A little pricey but excellent view and relative large buffet. Decent if you're hungry or bringing visitors from out of town in good summer weather. They grill on charcoal outdoors in the summer.
A smaller version of Hermans, apparently by the same owner. Priced for tourists (120 kr for lunch buffet) with non-inspired standard Swedish veg fare (lasagna, curry, beets, potatoes, rice, etc.).
Known for their dumplings, but they have good veg or mostly-veg soups and salads, too. This location is take-out only.
