Heading to the Time Warner Cable Arena for a game or concert? There's plenty of great dining and entertainment in the surrounding area that are worth checking out before or after.
Joshua Drown: A great spot day or night. Bowling, sushi, movies, pizza, shopping, margaritas, dueling pianos, bars, nightclubs. If you are in a group and only want to come to one spot Uptown, this is the one.
Joshua Drown: Great spot on the corner of College & 5th, central to Time Warner Arena, Blumenthal, and EpiCenter. Irish pub fare with lots of TVs for the sports fan.
Joshua Drown: They have a real working fireplace, which is a great spot to warm up during the colder months. We just love the Jameson Glazed Steak Tips.

Joshua Drown: A terrific spot for a quiet or romantic dinner. I just love the Duo of Wild Boar: grilled tenderloin and crepinette of shoulder braised with porcini mushrooms.

Joshua Drown: Hip and chic uptown spot, with Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" hand-painted on the ceiling. Happy-hour here is one of Charlotte's best see and be seen bars.
