Josh Weiss: Buford Highway has so many options. This is a great one--authentic Malaysian/Singaporean "street" food. Big space, sleek design, good service. Grandma's BBQ Pork & delicious dumplings. Will go back!
Josh Weiss: Indian street food in a cozy environment in Decatur. Explore the square, check out the beautiful Agnes Scott College campus, and then enjoy dinner here.

Josh Weiss: They also have one in the airport. DO NOT get this pizza to go--the pizza has thin crust and must be eaten fresh and fast. The fontina & mushroom pizza with hot sopressata is truly world-changing.

Josh Weiss: A cut above most chain hibachi places. Great for a party of 6+ (or 10, 12+). It is LOUD and your clothes will be fragrant when you leave, but the chefs do a great show. Sirloin steak is great.

Josh Weiss: One of several global markets in Atlanta--this one on east side. Where the restaurant owners shop. You will see (& smell) interesting things from everywhere. Great value on spices.
Josh Weiss: Arroz con Pollo = my favorite for 20+ years; paella too. Recommend ANY loc. of La Fonda EXCEPT the one @ 2813 Peachtree, as it has a modified menu & is missing many classics (for now...).
Josh Weiss: The dumplings from Gu's are my favorite. Yalla has delicious Shwarma & Hop City=Great for brews...+ many more options in a great urban space--go for lunch with a group, everyone gets what they want!
Josh Weiss: We love sushi, and it's often found in a strip mall in Atlanta. This new, pleasant but nondescript location is a great spot for a very reasonable $10-12 bento box lunch w/many fresh sushi options.
Josh Weiss: It's a splurge, and quite a way up Buford highway in a strip mall, but the FISH is king here and the food is fresh and delicious. This is the place to try something exotic--everything is fresh.
Josh Weiss: If you're looking for an Asian or Latin American grocery item--start here. Just roaming the aisles looking at things is an adventure. Great for very reasonable treats (eg, Pocky Sticks from Japan).
Josh Weiss: Can't believe how good this food is; location is odd, but if you are near the airport and want delicious Thai food (not sure about the sushi), this is the place. Visit Delta museum + lunch here.
Josh Weiss: Great for those late-night international flights when you don't want to eat airline food....a modern, serene oasis in bustling E Concourse (an easy walk/ride from other concourses). Great wine list.
