Forgetting to give change; one person working while everyone else is talking, regardless of the long line; saying they are always disorganized to customers; best solution fire them all and start over.

I would strongly avoid attending any event run by this organization. The owner is a bully and goes on a tirade if you do not understand their policies and clarification. Very unprofessional.
Owner said it would cost $240 to fix my watch, elsewhere they did it for $15. Heard other rip off stories of stones in rings being swapped and seen security breaking up arguments at the store.
