Karen Rands: Small pond nestled in a neighborhood. Always people walking their dogs and jogging. Has a good outdoor work out area if you want to through in a few situps during your excursion.
Karen Rands: Nice raised walk way through the woods and underbrush with benches along the way to stop and take in the natural untouched area hidden away from surrounding neighborhoods.
Karen Rands: grab a bench and enjoy a lake breeze or sunset. great place to make a new friend from the friendly strangers strolling by, walking a dog, or enjoying the lake too.
Karen Rands: Great fountain to sit by out front. Parking lot to park and jump on the Path from. Ground Central for Fourth of July fireworks. If they don't have the book or tape, can get if from the network.
Karen Rands: More miles of paths than roads. PTC was "green" back when that word was only used to describe a color. Great for recreation, but also great for getting anywhere by golf cart. Look out for the teens.
Karen Rands: Another little secret of the recreational type in PTC... 9 hole frisbee disc golf course between the library and the Aberdeen Shopping Bridge. Bring your own discs and look our for golf carts!
Karen Rands: Real treasure for PTC after renovation in 2016 from the GREAT Lake Drain. Great for all - including dogs! Ground Zero for Annual Dragon Boat Race & Monthly Night Markets. Stage coming soon.
Karen Rands: An extension of the community created through our farmers market. Cool to stroll through and ask the amateur farmers what they are growing. Very much a labor of love for all involved.
Karen Rands: Delightful place to go with kids or just to relax and watch the ducks & swans on the 3 ponds. Don't be surprised to see engagement & prom pix in the Gazebo. Plan a bike ride past with a rest stop.

Karen Rands: Community Park for residents. Play Tennis, swim in pool, stir up a basket ball game. Newest addition is the Skate Park being built to open summer of 2018. Many families come here for Soccer Tourneys
Karen Rands: Extreme Biking mostly, with the occasional long boarder. Fun to watch even if you don't participate. Skate boarders will be at the new Glenloch Skate part beginning summer of 2018.
Karen Rands: Small private airport that hosts the best airshow. Great museum of old airplanes. Great place to host an event. You can purchase rides on biplanes to do loop to loops if you want the thrill.
Karen Rands: Not just for shopping.... has become sort of town central for holiday celebrations -- candy for the kids at Halloween, Tree Lighting for Christmas....
