Kari: Awesome building. Liverpool brewing legend Stan Shaw retired in March 2014. Thereafter the Wapping beers are brewed by Mad Hatter Brewing Co in the Liverpool Baltic Triangle.    

Kari: Not the widest selection in town but certainly best kept ale. Always busy.

Kari: The only pub in Merseyside to appear in every edition of 'The Good Beer Guide' since first published. Unspoilt haven for pub lovers.

Kari: Lovely small pub in Georgian quarters. Don't tell anyone.

Kari: Widest beer selection in Liverpool. Ongoing beer festival. Burgers are good, we've been told.

Kari: Multi roomed pub bit out of centre of the city. Individual.

Kari: Real ale drinker's pub. Always well selected ales. Beautiful old school pub. Even-tempered clientele and Jon H.

Kari: One of the most beautiful pubs in the world. Popular meeting place. Beer can be fickle.

Kari: Small youthful pub serving usually a good pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord.

Kari: Gastro pub. Four ales. Lunch is a good deal.

Kari: Beer shop. Both British and international brands.

Kari: Unaffected restaurant. Good solid food. Nice atmosphere.

Kari: Familiar eatery. Good selection of small and big plates with Pan-Asian twist.

Kari: Posh Indian restaurant. Nice menu if bit pricey.

Kari: New address at 92 Seel Street. Authentic Schezuan food. They really live up to their name.

Kari: Modest Indian eatery. BYO (closest offie is 50 meters away). The best eggplant dish ever eaten (Oct 2012). Affordable. Service is expressionless but always well-mannered.

Kari: Full Catalan makes a fine brekkie.

Kari: Traditional pub is most famous for its connection with John Lennon. Nice atmosphere. Kind of bohemian.

Kari: Cosy wine bar in Albert Dock.

Kari: Ten minutes cab drive from the centre. Contemporary Indian food. They are not shy with spices.

Kari: The best brekkie in Merseyside? Very likely so. Come early or stand in a queue. A taste of America... or Canada?

Kari: Tasty brekkie and more. Always busy. Cozy. Eggs benedict's boss! 

Kari: If you fancy Japanese bites this is your place in Liverpool. Book your table well in advance for Friday and Saturday nights.

Kari: Delicious, modern British food near Penny Lane. Service is spot on. Smart but relaxed ambiance. Avoid frustration and book your table before 15 minute cab drive from the city centre.

Kari: My son has convinced me this is a gem if you want to have affordable take away. No reason to be skeptical about.

Kari: If you fancy a perfect pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord you might skip Ship & Mitre for once and spend some quality time here. Very busy when footy on telly.

Kari: Very good burgers. Attentive service. Confusingly filed under Mexican here. American joint it is.

Kari: Speakeasy feeling. Good selection of craft beers. They also serve a range of burgers.

Kari: Small, very busy falafel and cocktail house. Good quality food and service. Only been there once. Everything was tasty.

Kari: Small plates is the name of the game. It may be costly as you may be inspired to order too much. Stornoway black pudding with sautéed chicken livers, caramelised onions & marsala wine is boss.
