A few places to eat out that I've found have some nice gluten-free options. ---------- Warning: I am wheat-free only and am not celiac. Always ask about ingredients at the restaurant before ordering.

Kathryn L.Kathryn Lawrence: Ask for their gluten-free soy and hoisin sauces, and see if they have rice vermicelli. At the buffet, they have a book marking GF sauces and will clean off the stone before cooking your food. Great!
