Great place to watch a game or go for ribs, wings, burgers or great sandwiches. They have A huge bar, a second bar and a pool room downstairs.and an outdoor dining area.
Love this place, Home microbrewery, they can have anything from seared ahi tuna to a plain old hamburger..they like to change and rotate their menu. I wish they would bring back the ahi it rocked!
If you like fire grilled fresh pizza and some of the best salads in town this is the place to go. Their pizza is out of this world and the rest of their food is excellent. All you want to do is eat!
Sakura just opened here 8 mos ago, its sister is in altoona with real hibachi tables. Even though not being cooked in front of you, I found their food to be Excellent and of the Highest quality. 9+

If you want a great steak or prime rib, forget outback and come here, better prices better portions, one drawback it is a little loud but that is part of the fun. I melt over there bread so good
Brand new opened up behind the waffle shop on N. Atherton. Same owner, If you enjoy greek food, you will love this place. Dolmades are perfection, the gyros amazing, warm pitas with tzatziki so good..
This is the staple for breakfast in state college. there is no better breakfast spot period. They have the 3 keys which people love down to a science, portion size, consistency of product, and cost.
This was the hang out of my generation after the bars..we carved our names into the tables, ate mac and cheese and stickie buns, A hint from me Never eat their scrambeled eggs. I used to cook there :(
The other after bar hangout retreat..Steak and eggs.The one improvement No smoking anymore...and that is in most of the bars and restaurants.
When i walked into this store it was a cooks wet dream. Everything beautifully laid out it took me back to NY. They have whole appetizing sections, foreign to the groceries here and you can eat too!
If you want wings for a great price and size..here is my number 1 choice and their ribs aren't bad either.
