Since they've started the Buy Your Beau's Online (bybo.ca) program you no longer need to visit the brewery to buy beer. But the brewery tour is top notch and the samples are delicious.

Ashton's Brewing Co.'s beer is available at the pub in growlers. Pints can be found closer to Ottawa at Quinn's or Patty's Pub.
All of Broadhead's beer is available in growler form at the brewery. They also run tours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm. There's also one on the last Saturday of every month at 5pm.
All of Cassel Brewery's offerings are available by growler at the brewery. Since their production is small you can see everything from the retail shop - if you ask they'll explain how they make beer.
