Brothers is not a fancy restaurant, but it has a 20-plus year reputation (since 1987) of serving up authentic "old school" Korean food.
Authentic Korean pub grub with Korean Fried Chicken, which featured a subtle hint of Korean curry powder in the thin, crispy crust. Yum!
This Sorabol food stall had the longest line in the food court. I recommend the kalbi and grilled mackarel. Pick and chose some banchan, for your "salad plate" too.
Perfect place to go for lunch if you find yourself near the Ferry Building. Don't turn down the kimbap! The japchae is really good. If you're in the mood for a fusion spin, try a bulgogi sandwic.
Namu closed their signature restaurant in the Inner Richmond but they still show their stuff at the Ferry Building during the Thursday Farmers market. Get their Korean tacos and/or Okonomyaki. :)
