AB probably is Brussels' most famous music venue, offering concerts by well-known bands and indie artists almost every day. Both the big concert hall and club are nice. Sound quality is always good.
Spectacular venue housed in an old botanical garden, especially the Rotonde (under the cupula) is a gem. The program is adventurous. Prices are good. Visit its yearly festival Les Nuits Botanique!
A beautiful circular venue with seats on different levels. They program intimate concerts by bands like Tindersticks, Mark Lanegan ... and sometimes even ballets. The Royal Suite is next to the PA.
Very big concert hall for the David Bowies and George Michaels in this world. Mostly the acoustics are horrible, but not always. Come by public transport to avoid searching for a parking space.
The team is passionate about music and has been programming truely interesting and alternative bands of very diverse genres since 1994. There's always something going on, mostly 6 days a week.
Great arty venue in an abandoned train station. There's plenty of concerts, exhibitions, projects... The concerts outside in summertime are very cool, not be missed! The place has a NY feel to it.

Hill's offers an excellent range of acoustic guitars. Price range is medium to high, but you get top quality, they know what they're talking about&are very friendly. Good acoustics + atmosphere.
One of the biggest music stores in Brussels, offering lots of guitars, amplifiers, pedals, drum kits, keyboards... The staff is friendly and helpful.
Good selection of guitar pedals, from budget to extreme rarities. They also have a good selection of Fender amplifiers and a small range of 'boutique' amplifiers.
This beautiful art deco bar has been around since the interbellum. There's a grand piano, jazz concerts and fabulous (but expensive) cocktails. Go there after 2am and watch the crowd go mad!
Brussels has one of the finest opera houses in the world, reknown for it's daring and modern productions. No wonder this place started the Belgian revolution in 1830.
