• If you're going to use the free weights, put them back where you got them, and take weights off of the guided machines after you're done. No one cares how much you can lift/press, take them off!!

• Laurie and Kwame (cycle instructors) make it worth my time&money. I keep coming because of them, and as a girl it's less awkward to use the weights area in the morning than at night, less meatheads.

• If you're looking to do personal training here, it's a bit on the pricey side but Colin is fantastic!! I didn't really mesh with my first trainer but they were very accommodating in switching me.
