Simply one of the best Japanse restaurants of Amsterdam. Maybe even The Netherlands. Easily on par with Okura (Yamazato) for me.
Order the Pho 91, and the pork spring rolls. And if you have room, the salted caramel ice cream with sesame is to die for.
