Max's Eatz and Fresh Bakery is the best deli food in the San Francisco airport. Period. The N.Y. pastrami on rye is excellent. Also try the chicken matzoh ball soup.
Be careful if you order an iced coffee an just want coffee and ice - they have three items on the menu called "iced coffee" that all have milk added. Better to just order coffee and a glass of ice.
