Only vegan option in the food court is Quiznos - expensive, gross, and certain staff members are homophobic to boot. Not a pleasant experience.

Starbucks is excellent at catering to vegans in terms of drinks - just ask for soy, no whip. Having a Starbucks card eliminates the $0.60 charge for soy milk.

Make sure to ask for absolutely NO fish sauce on/in anything. You can substitute for peanut or soy sauce.
They have a veggie patty, but take away the cheese and the mayo from their burgers and you've got something pretty dry and tasteless.
