This is a very beautiful place to go hiking. The trails include waterfalls, a homestead and the summit of Stone Mountain. I go hiking here alot.
This place has tons of waterfalls and trails. My favorite hiking trail is Moore's Knob Trail near the lake. Its a 4 mile loop trail. It takes you to this tower at the top where you can see for miles.
Very nice park where you can hike around the knob part of Pilot Mountain or go on more trails. There is also a restricted Bald Eagle Preserve at the top and sometimes you can see eagles flying nearby.
This state park is where I love having picnics at since it had a big open grassy area. It also has a beautiful and peaceful trail that runs down to the bottom of the mountain along a river which loops
