Reception staff named jeremy in an ASSHOLE MOTHER FUCKER. So sarcastic and none customer oriented. I asked him nicely but he gets emotional all of the sudden. FUCK YOU JEREMY!!!
Is not worth of money staying here people. Most of the rooms are small and expensive. Some of their staff are blind and dumb. Communication level and front line service are horrible.
Service is really bad on peak days. Should improve in Management Skills and have more computers for check in! Too many staff but only 1 computer for check in? Look at the queue!!!
