Try their specialty dish, Banh Cuon Dac Biet Tay Ho [#11]. It's the best Banh Cuon in town; light and refreshing, great for spring and summer meals.
The wait is ridiculously long and sometimes the restaurant might even close early (3PM) due to a limited amount of pho broth made each day, but worth the wait for the best pho in town.
