Probably our favorite overall tapas spot. Pork rib kebab, squid ravioli I "en su tinto", and pulpo(octopus) all fantastic. Pig ear is a fatty flavor bomb.
Fucking fantastic. Seared foie gras, crispy suckling pig, "tomato" roasted with Iberian ham and cheese. Really, just eat everything.
Hongos plancha (wild mushrooms with egg) is a splurge but worth it. Jamon Croquette (croissant) is buttery deliciousness.

A borderline religious experience for any architecture (Gehry's masterpiece) or art lover (massive Serra collection, Koons, Warhol, etc). Takes at least 6 hours for the inside and outside.
