New seafood taco spot from the Los Tacos No. 1 crew. The fish taco and spicy shrimp taco are great. You can skip the crowd in Chelsea Market and enter right on 15th St.

I preferred the Highland picnic to the negroni. Bartenders are pretty funny if you can snag a seat at the bar
Excellent wine list and cocktails; almost everything on the menu is also great (chowder and swordfish are especially good). Bonus: beautiful sunset views of the river and bridge.
