As everyone mentions it is a great place to have really good waffles. Warm, crisp and the right amount of toppings.
My suggestion: start off with a Hendriks gin combined with some oysters, next on you take the grilled lobster (fingerlikking good-literally) and end with a baileyscoffee. A smile on your face for sure

Go sit in the lobby next to the fireplace, order a glass of champagne or merlot and feel like a royal.
Very swish rooms and an elegant hotel. If you're on business or need wifi though, beware, it is €25 a day! Not paying that on principle, so no comment on quality. Should be free in a place like this

Nice hotel in a GREAT location. Right in heart of Brugge, close to all the major sites. Also next door to the main stage where many music festivals are held throughout the year.
Try the pain au chocolat and the lovely croissants for breakfast. You have to be early they are delicious and gone before 9.30am :)
