Best to reserve as people are getting to know it's good food and a very nice alternative to the corporate restaurants in the valley.

Ski the Vallée Blanche, maybe you'll need a guide. Then, if the snow's good, head for La Combe des Glaciers from the mid station.
From here you can access the best that Le Tour has to offer, Secteur Les Jeurs. Transceiver and someone who knows where they're going recommended!
Cracking views. Can be a bit difficult to get out of if you're not too hot on your planks. Alternatively try the Combe de L'E.H.M. to get back to the home run. You'd better have strong legs :)
