Prudence: Han-u meat BBQ. Went there twice within a week. Must try: unmarinated beef sirloin and marinated short ribs, both melt in your mouth...mmmm! Staff cooks for you. Expensive but totally worth it.

Prudence: Doenjang Yesul Gwa Sul. Went twice within a week. Must try: doenjang bibimbap (steamed rice with vegetables and herbs topped with soybean paste/tofu ragu). Super friendly staff! 11:00-23:00.
Prudence: Myeongdong Kyoja. Must try: kalguksu (handrolled noodle soup), bibim-guksu (cold noodle with red pepper paste) and mandu (dumplings). Place looks like a tourist trap but is actually very good.
