Build the perfect hot dog. Toast the bun. Add the relish, sauerkraut, and onions on the bottom. Nestle the sausage (pork link recommended) on top. Drizzle jalapeño mustard, ketchup, & sweet mustard.
The garden opened to the public in 1967 & is considered to be one of the most authentic Japanese gardens outside of Japan.
