Obadiah Poundage: The curry butter chicken on fries instead of rice is probably my single favourite food on the Island. Surround it in a sampler tray of all their house-made beers.
Obadiah Poundage: The best coffee on the island is only made better by adding a chocolate truffle square to the order. So sweet I think it single-handedly gave me diabetes, but I'm not complaining.

Obadiah Poundage: Known for being voted some of the best ice cream in the world, this is their head office and main creamery. Grab a tour, some ice cream, and a picture with the giant cow.
Obadiah Poundage: A buffet rated 24 by Zagat? No kidding. Order a main and gain access to the 60-foot buffet featuring seafood chowder, mussels, salads, desserts, pies, and pastries.
Obadiah Poundage: The East West Burger is the best, a seemingly-strange combo of teriyaki glaze, cabbage slaw, bacon, red pepper relish, herb salad, wasabi mayo, and a mess of pickled ginger. But it's perfect.

Pizzeria · 1 tip
Obadiah Poundage: There are two reasons to eat here - nostalgia for Easterners who miss the Pizza Delight chain, and the fact it's in an old jail. Do NOT get the pasta unless you live life with low expectations.
Obadiah Poundage: An honest-to-goodness old school independent record store, with all the latest releases and an excellent selection of gently used. Drop by and flip through like the old days.
Obadiah Poundage: Hunter's has, hands down, the largest portions I've ever personally witnessed. My tip is to skip lunch. Maybe breakfast, too. And don't snack! Come hungry, because you sure won't leave hungry.

Farmers Market · 14 tips and reviews
Obadiah Poundage: Open Saturdays all year long. Anyone can get farm-fresh produce and meats, personally I'd rather get a big container of cupcakes. Farm fresh cupcakes...?
Obadiah Poundage: This is how the Island does Five Guys, and it's better. Cows Creamery butter, Island beef, local produce, and of course, Island potatoes in the fries. Get a regular, comes with two patties.

Obadiah Poundage: It's not just beautiful from the outside, and it's open to the public. Get your camera ready and head in for some amazing architecture. Fun fact: Most heathens don't burst into flames!

Gregor McEwan: Best espresso-based coffee in Charlottetown. Easily as good as any I've had in Toronto or Halifax. I'm pretty picky about my coffee too.
Ian Covey: One of the coolest places to hang out in Charlottetown, especially if you like craft beer and its disciples. Board games, fun events, tasty beer. Stop in for bottles or growlers.
