This is the CLOSEST pet store to our home and they carry unique pet care items not typically found in the big chain stores. The staff will even special order items for you.
Under new ownership after being closed for quite a while, ummm I don't know if I would depend on this store for any of my supplies for just that reason.
I used to be a loyal customer even went as far as taking two of their dog training classes. However after many instances of HORRIBLE customer service I will NEVER step foot inside this location AGAIN!
This store is one of the very few to carry the Natural Balance line of food and it's close to home.
The Southcenter location is closer to home but they do not sell live crickets where as this location does. My daughter has 8 frogs to feed 3 to 4 times a week ... lol.
A very close friend of mine who used to work here HIGHLY recommends this location for EVERYTHING pets! Infact I am boarding my dog later on this month there even though it isn't that close to my home.
A smaller location, but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the store is clean and organized. They also do many low cost "clinic" vaccinations there for the general public.
