Some of our favorite places to stop when we visit Apple Hill in the fall. Apple Hill opens the weekend after Labor Day, and most farms stay open 'til Thanksgiving. For more info.: www.applehill.com
Sabrina Michele Tilley: Definitely one of my favorites in Apple Hill; the highlight is the gorgeous views looking out over the pond. Also has dozens of vendors to peruse their wares. p.s. Try the hot apple cider wine! ;)
Sabrina Michele Tilley: The Apple Pie Caramel Apple is to die for! But no matter what you decide to try here, you really can't go wrong! :) p.s. They are happy to let you sample the fudge! Ask if you don't see a flavor! ;)
Sabrina Michele Tilley: Definitely a favorite, this stop is renowned for their fresh, hot apple cider doughnuts! You can buy just one, or get them by the dozen! Best enjoyed with some apple cider outside on their patio! :)
Sabrina Michele Tilley: The best part thing about Boa Vista is it's one of the only spots in Apple Hill open year round! Fantastic produce, baked goods, canned goods, and free wine sampling in the back. Try their Barbera!
Sabrina Michele Tilley: Great food here at Larsen's Apple Barn! Locals know that they have an amazing veggie burger! ;) A Larsen history museum is also on site that has some great memorabilia! Note: Closed on Saturdays.
Sabrina Michele Tilley: Used to be known as Plubell's, they changed their name to Apple Ridge Farms a few years ago. Great family friendly orchard with pumpkins, pony rides, and an animal petting section. Great food too! :)
