Eric: Awesome little hole in the wall that only sells al pastor tacos. Get them con todo (with both red and green sauce) and squeeze some lime in to finish. They're small: you'll want at least two.

Taylor Blackburn: Great Oaxacan style dishes if you can't make it to the actual region. Get the "gasolina" cocktails if you're looking to get crazy. They come in a little ceramic gasoline canister.
