Must see! The gardens are enormous but I hear you can book a shuttle tour to see much more than one can cover on foot.

If penguins are your goal, no need to pay money to access the beach. Instead, take the boardwalk to the right and you'll find plenty of penguins. Some even come right up to the boardwalk.
