i just drive up crenshaw, park in the little park, go through the gate where crenshaw would keep going, go right at the first big hill, and sit for like an hour looking out. take sunglasses or a hat.
come up by day or night for the view. easiest access is up via valmonte, left on via pinzon to the cul de sac, but try not to hassle the residents.
classy nighttime viewpoint. back in the day cops would swing by now and then to herd everyone out. figure they still do. they don't shoot though. also, maybe you can still fit in the rocket.
makes a cameo appearance in The Usual Suspects with Kevin Spacey, Benicio Del Toro & Gabriel Byrne (among others)
