Vw is a very good car but the service centre here is pulling it downwards slow service and high prices they can accommodate the huge sales they made with good after sales service
The BEST for fast service. For those who tend 2 feel home rather than just servicing a car.
Be prepared to waste several hours. And make sure to stand up for yourself and make sure people do their job properly. Don't just wait for someone to help you!
Very bad service, I took my Juke for regular service, transmission gearbox blew up the next day. One month later car not fixed no loaner car and no estimated time. لا تشتريها

Why to make a reservation by phone while at the center they give numbers to the clients so the one who comes early starts first ?! Doesn't make any sense !
I second that tip of friendly service. But the location was very hard to reach and no signs. Going down felt dangerous too.
Nice center, but very expensive even the coffee is for 20 pounds!
