    The hot sauna is best in town, do not miss cold plunge on the way out, make sure to cool down well before going back into the hot sauna. Wear a hat, it makes a big difference.

    Banya 5's tasteful, modern Russian and Turkish sauna offers visitors an opportunity to relax in both ambient and water-based steam room therapies. Relax and cool down after work, but it does get busy. Read more

    What's not to like the place is great staff is friendly, the locker room is clean nice Hot Sauna, the eucalyptus steamroom is nice. Take a dip in the cold plunge get out go back in. Always great

    Skip from a 220-degree sauna room to a pool of chilly 45-degree water, get whacked by a bundle of leafy, aromatic branches in a traditional venik massage, end with vodka shots in the on-site lounge. Read more

    Take a plastic bottle for liquids....The iced teas and lemon water are groovy while cooking..Ask Caittania about the best days to go...

    Plan to go for at least a few hours to get the most out of your experience. If you do that you will leave drained and totally relaxed.
