I haven't had a bad experience here yet. The sunglasses hut inside the Macy's store has amazing customer service! So does Macy's!

The coupons don't work on everday value items which are items that end with 98 like for example $49.98. You can always find coupons for sale or clearence items on their website.

Super slow service and you can only take 6 items in the fitting rooms. At least I was able to get some great deals.

Tip: those coupons you get every other week will rarely work on what you want to buy. It's ok to try, just don't sweat it if they don't work.
