The beginner's special (which includes an unlimited month) is just what you need to get yourself into a regular routine or just check out the variety of classes that Flow offers.

Joan is amazing! Such a talented teacher. Lots of heart openers. Weds 5:15pm, Thurs 7am, Sun 10:30am. Great studio!

Get a blanket for your knees. The house mats are very thin. Your knees will thank you.

Morning classes are less of a hassle than afternoon/weekend classes. They also have a good newcomer special.
