Boon YapNovember 14, 2013Awesome bargains to be had. Take the Sukhumvit BTS to Bang Rak, and walk back to Sukhumvit Soi 93. Get your VAT on the first floor, but ONLY on the SAME day. Cash refund at Suvarnabhumi only. Enjoy!!
