Took the green chile 2hr class- it was great! Left with some leftover salsa, and definitely would do another hands on class, or a demo class. Very cool way to get taste of NM cooking!

Take a class (either hands-on or demo) and shop in the store. You won't be disappointed. Great experience.

Took the walking restaurant tour.Worth it! Get business cards from the various restaurants you visit on the tour. Several people in our tour took pictures of their food with the card next to the plate
