One of my favorite restaurants in Chicago, and definitely the best French one here (since Il Sardine closed). Lots of gems in that wine list, and the mussels were incredible.

Bouillabaisse is orgasmic, literally. Great Rhone wines. Always a great place to celebrate and indulge in the wonders of French cuisine. It's just like when I lived in Grenoble! Bon apetit mes amis.

French onion soup is rich and generously-portioned. Mussels are fresh and served in a buttery cream sauce. Mac and cheese side is also served very creamy. Very much feels like a quaint French cafe.

There’s something magical about Tuesdays at Le Bouchon, when the entire menu turns into a $25 three-course fête.
