Haven't had a bad meal here yet. Service is friendly, food is terrific. We plan our trips across Utah to make sure we are at Pasta Jay's for either lunch or dinner.
We had a passive-aggressive waiter. Always edgy on everything we could ask (even nicely !) brought us the bill while still eating main dish. The pasta are good, portion generous, but a bit expansive.
We had great service despite a very late arrival 30 minutes before closing. Everyone enjoyed their pasta selections, but the wood fired choices were the highlight.
Probably the best Italian food I've ever had- we got the tortellini with tomato cream sauce and the stuffed chicken. Amazing garlic bread and wonderful service!!
Good service. I got fettuccine Alfredo and it was lacking in flavor. TBH Olive Garden’s is better. DH got the large stuffed shells (you get 3)and said they were good.
Fresh pasta with pesto is excellent. The rustica salad is not. It's supposed to be Caesar salad on a thin crust, but sadly, the dressing is wrong, there are no croutons, and no cheese.
They seated us fast on a busy night! The mushroom sauce was nice but my dish lacked cohesiveness. (As in, when you order chicken in a dish, they just dump overdone chicken in your dish)
The food was "ok". Big portion size for small cost, but it was dripping in oil and fat. Wasn't excited by the garlic bread either which was the same..expected better from a Italian diner
Food is barely OK. Large servings for fat of the land. Service is bad, grumpy people. Bad vibe. Won't return. Down the road is Zak, will try that next. Seems friendlier.
