Took the cable car up and walked down the stairs. Very nice and easy steps to walk down. Very nice to enjoy the sights. The center of seoul is also up here. Don't forget to get a picture with that!
Great views of Seoul, especially at night. You can purchase a lock there and affix it to the fence. A cable car takes you to the base of the tower. There is a cafe and observation deck at the top.
Entrance fee 10000W. Combo with pop corn and drink or with ticket for the live museum are available. Night view is really nice. For men, you can pee with the view of seoul in front of you
Even if you don't go up to the observatory deck, there is so much to do in the area - shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. You can easily spend an afternoon here!
I didn’t go up to the tower but it’s pretty enough and to see view from the view point. It is also big and nice park to walk around, deffinitely must place to come once in Seoul
The view is the best when the sky is turning dark. Bring a camera to take photos! If you want to send postcard, buy it here. This is one of the very few places where you can find souvenirs.
Aim to be there at least 20 mins before sunset so you can see both day/night views; it tends to be busy. You can buy postcards from the observatory, fill them in and drop them in the post box
A must for newcomers in Seoul. You can have a good view of Han river and the city from the top. Cable Bus is there what can take upto 30 people. Some cafe and restaurants with good food options.
During winter recommend taking up the cable car to the tower, but on a nice day would be great to hike to the top. Enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate while looking out at the views
Very touristy, but a nice 360 view of Seoul. I highly suggest to take the cable car to get up here if you're too lazy to walk up the mountain. I also suggest going around sunset.
Great place for sightseeing and they have nice restaurants at the top. You can’t have a good view at night so try to visit during the day or around the sunset time.
Don't bother buying tower tickets at night. Lines are long and the glare from the tower's souvenir stands washes out the view. The grounds at the top of the mountain, however, are worth the trip.
Visitors can take in a panoramic view of the city from the N Seoul Tower Observatory. Perched upon the highest point of Mt. Namsan, this place offers an outstanding view of Seoul.
N Seoul Tower located on Mt. Namsan offers great panoramic views of the city, and has been a symbol of Seoul since it first opened to the public in 1980 Read more
N SEOUL TOWER: Wanna see how Seoul looks? Gear up with comfyshoes and climb up to check this out. GLAMOROUS NIGHT VIEW from the top is gorgeous. Take the cable car if you don't want to walk:)
Be sure to not come during public holidays, it'll be a sea of people. Apart from that you'll get a good view of the city and the tower during the night looks nice.
Took Seoul citytourbus since we wanted to visit multiple palaces. Open air booths selling stuff at the back. Hanbok Experience is chargeable but there's free simple hanbok to try at entrance
Worth while going up, using the cable car; nice view over the city, especially at sunset. Going up the tower itself just offers not enough value for money.
Great views from the top and it's fun to get the cute little locks. There are a few different places you can put them in the area so scout out your fave place before you lock it.
For couples, buy a lock and secure your love onto the fence on the second level in the open area. Please do not throw your keys over the fence as you may have heard, it is considered littering.
Great place for enjoy amazing view of Seoul. Namsan Shuttle bus No. 02, 05 from Myungdong Station exit no. 3. (KRW 950 for cash / 850 for transportation card). Cable Car also available (both at link) Read more
Beer/popcorn/entry combo ticket is a fraud, you pick up the beer downstairs and you can't take it with you... Queues are long even with the boarding number system... 😐 Restaurants close way early 😟
If you like hiking get off in noksapyeong station and walk towards the tower. You will cross a bridge and go through a small neighborhood. There's nice shorttrails through the woods to get up there:)
If you like lines, you'll love this place. Lines for the cable car, tower elevator, to buy tickets. I think I would have liked it better had I walked up instead of taking the cable car.
Came on a windy day so it's just alot of hair slapping face moment but it looks good on photograph so ok. You can take the bus or cable car. By bus, you still have to walk up a VERY steep hill.
