The premium lounge is very rough, but better than the craziness down below. You better know French; English will not get you very far if you're in even the slightest of pickles.
Currency change offices in the departure terminal are fast, courteous and reliable unlike the scammers outside. Beware that francs CFA cannot be changed out of the country.
