Make sure you eat 'something' before taking class, you won't eat the meal you make until the end, around 3 1/2 hours later. And wear comfy shoes - long periods of standing. Croissant class was great!

Cook Au Vin is a really wonderful experience. Being able to partake in the preparation of a gourmet meal, have some wine (your own) and some laughs while learning top cooking techniques is wonderful!

The chef was kind of intense. I wasn't expecting a group cooking class, I thought we'd all be at our own stations doing the same thing. You have to be aggressive w/ others if you want to participate.
