Despite all the whiny reviews, it's still the most reliable bus in the system. I'm not saying it's perfect, but better than most. I take it two to four times A DAY

Two things; avoid taking it to JP between 1:30pm - 3:30pm during the week, and in the morning don't get on the "Longwood" line going in the city by mistake.

don't believe the lies. bus doesn't actually drop you off at mass ave. or brigham circle. wouldn't be surprised if I had to walk a quarter mile to back bay station.
