bring lots of patience as the store tends to get crammy (yes, the store is small).....it takes CS forever just to answer some of your queries...

You can pay for your bills without the actuall billing statement. Just provide the name of your account and they will do the rest.

8 personnel but only 2 counters working.... worst sun shop I've ever been. And when you complain, they are the ones who are irritated!!! Learn customer service!!!
