The foods is usually good, but occasionally it is cold or the buns are dry. I love the Banzai Burger, so I keep going back.

Try the banzai burger. The pineapple purfectly offsets the beef. Delicious

Should mention that I worked for RR for 4 years at 3 stores and have never seen such a lack of service. Manager did her best to reconcile the situation at the end, but I had to seek her out myself.

Visiting from OR and had dinner tonight (9/1/2012). Service was horrendous. Our server took 7 minutes to greet our table. Never got the fries we ordered. Boca Burger overcooked. Very disappointed.
