My favorite place to go jog. Even there's other places for jog, eg; Perdana Park or the new jog track along the road to KK ~ i still prefer Likas Complex as the best place for workout 😋

They have aerobic, zumba, bodycond, stepboard, cardiokick at 9.00 am, 5.00 p.m and 5.45 pm monday-friday only for rm 4.00 for 45mins.

The pool is RM5 per adult. Great place to swim.

The parking area inside the sport complex compound is dangerous. I was victim no. 7 for a car break-in during the Borneo International Marathon 2011 last Sunday.

RM 5 per entry for adult (I think it's expensive). The pool clean and not too crowded.
