A small graduate housing community that’s situated near Midtown and Downtown. 15 mins walk from the Business school. Has Dunkin’s near the entrance and a Gator Store at the rear.UpvoteDownvote

When choosing a unit, take a look because some of the first floor units have taller ceilings and extra windows. Also, solid concrete so you don't need to be on the top floor.
