Generally spicy, white meat & no pork cuisine. Pair well with white wine ie Riesling or Chardonnay. Pair wine with steamed fish, spicy sweet sour soup, roasted duck, glass noodle (dong fen).
I have eaten the best roasted duck everywhere even in KL such as Jln Imbi and Duck King Tycoon. The crispyroasted duck meat here is too thin & dry, but its sauce is the best of the best.
