Great area for entertainment. Restaurants, bars, live entertainment both musical and theatrical, a childrens museum. and a cool old movie theater

It's only a matter of time before the city realizes what a ridiculous amount of money is being left on the table by requiring all these bars to close at 2am and starts issuing 24hr liquor permits.
